Volunteer Onboarding Volunteer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a timely and effective onboarding process to engage new volunteers.
• Welcome and guide new volunteers through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
• Create and maintain orientation materials, training resources, and role descriptions.
• Provide ongoing support and act as a point of contact for questions during the onboarding period.
• Collaborate with team members to refine and improve the onboarding process to maintain volunteer engagement.
