Volunteer Onboarding Volunteer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a timely and effective onboarding process to engage new volunteers.
- Welcome and guide new volunteers through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
- Create and maintain orientation materials, training resources, and role descriptions.
- Provide ongoing support and act as a point of contact for questions during the onboarding period.
- Collaborate with team members to refine and improve the onboarding process to maintain volunteer engagement.
